Covid-19 Important information

The health and safety of our clients and Staff is our highest priority. Amidst these uncertain times of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have put in place some protocols and processes for infection control to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff.

We would like to assure all our clients and their families that we are keeping up to date with the situation and continue to follow government advice daily.

If staff or clients attain a positive covid result, please inform NRCC management and follow government guidelines.

Masks

Masks will be required whilst in all areas within all NRCC offices. Staff and visitors who can, must always wear a mask.

Masks are also mandatory for staff and visitors within all NRCC homes.

Booster vaccinations

As part of the State Government’s Safe Transition Plan, we strongly encourage you to get a booster shot as soon as you become eligible.

Please continue to sign in on entry whenever you visit NRCC office or home using the ServiceWA App or manual contact register.

Public exposure sites are currently being identified and will be published on the HealthyWA website.

NRCC’s response to covid

NRCC continues to follow the Health Department guidelines, for ensuring the safety of our staff and customers and this has worked well so far in minimising the impact and keeping people safe.

As part of our approach, we will make informed decisions on any case to balance continuity and quality of service to our customers against any risks. Safety of staff and customers is our overarching consideration, and we will put in place appropriate PPE where and when it is needed to keep you protected, based on health advice. We will do our best to keep disruption to a minimum, while still providing the best possible service in a safe and friendly manner.

Rapid Antigen Tests

The WA Government is providing 5 free Rapid Antigen Tests (Rat) for each household. If you live in the Perth metro area, your free RATs can be delivered to a residential address, or you can collect it from a drive through collection point
